Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, one-to-one client service across private appointments, in-store consultations and high-net-worth client visits.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-ups and personalised merchandising proposals.
- Manage private sales, trunk shows and invitation-only events in collaboration with boutique management and CRM teams.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while ensuring impeccable presentation, stock management and after-sales care.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, inventory and store operations to ensure availability and presentation of curated product selections.
- Record client interactions and preferences accurately in the CRM system and handover detailed briefs for follow-up by the boutique team.
Qualifications
- Proven sales success within luxury retail, private client or personal shopping environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Polished personal presentation and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; readiness to travel locally for private appointments when required.
- Professional fluency in a foreign language is an asset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, private client sales or personal shopping, with demonstrable success in building and retaining a high-value client book.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification in retail, sales or a related discipline; formal training in luxury retail or clienteling is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
