Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against delivery documents.
- Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders to meet strict quality and presentation standards for luxury goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift/reach truck, pallet jack) and use RF barcode scanners to process stock movements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, security and compliance with HSE policies and brand-specific handling procedures for high-value items.
- Coordinate with transport providers and logistics/retail teams to meet dispatch schedules and returns processing.

- Valid forklift / reach truck licence or certificate preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-value merchandise.
- Physical ability to lift and move goods on a regular basis and work on feet for sustained periods.
