Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day logistics operations across inbound, outbound and internal flows for finished goods and components.
- Process and reconcile shipping and receiving documentation; prepare transport dossiers and assist with customs formalities when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, execute stock counts and investigate discrepancies with warehouses and stores.
- Update and manage transactional data within the ERP/WMS; ensure data quality and traceability for audits.
- Liaise with carriers, 3PL partners and internal teams (procurement, retail, quality) to track shipments and resolve operational exceptions.
- Monitor operational KPIs (lead times, fill rates, OTIF) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline flows.
- Provide administrative support for returns, repairs and sample logistics, ensuring compliance with brand handling standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized work‑study or apprenticeship program in logistics, supply chain, transport or related field (BTS, DUT, Licence professionnelle or equivalent).
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and process discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; comfortable with database entry and basic pivot tables.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Availability to follow the alternance schedule and to work on site as required.
