Logistics Officer position at Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg. 35-hour/week fixed-term contract managing warehouse operations and merchandise logistics in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming trend-led merchandise shipments from suppliers
- Inspect and validate package compliance and integrity
- Prepare products through labeling, barcode scanning, and sorting to optimize floor placement
- Organize and coordinate merchandise reshipment and returns logistics
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure optimal inventory placement in warehouse zones
- Execute waste sorting and environmental compliance protocols
- Support store operations with agility and attention to detail
