Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and register inbound shipments; verify quantities, labelling and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Prepare, pick and pack orders for retail stores, e‑commerce and wholesale clients ensuring presentation and packaging meet luxury product standards.
- Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records; execute cycle counts and support full stocktakes.
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and internal stakeholders; prepare shipping documentation and customs paperwork as required.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, security and product traceability; handle returns and exchanges according to brand procedures.
- Follow health & safety and loss-prevention protocols when handling high-value and delicate merchandise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stock control role; experience with high-value apparel, accessories or luxury goods preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity to preserve product condition and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Ability to lift and move moderate loads and work on feet for extended periods; familiarity with basic warehouse equipment.
- Numeracy and organisational skills for inventory reconciliation and accurate record-keeping.
- Fluency in spoken and written French is advantageous when interacting with local teams and carriers.

Experience
Preferably 1–3 years in logistics, warehouse operations or stock management; prior exposure to luxury retail or handling of high‑value merchandise is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is desirable.
