Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and register incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
- Prepare, pick and pack customer and store orders with exacting attention to presentation and protective handling for luxury goods.
- Perform accurate stock control and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and update inventory records.
- Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness in accordance with health, safety and brand-specific storage protocols.
- Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and returns management.
- Label and barcode product units; ensure traceability throughout the distribution process.
- Operate material-handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified, and follow ergonomic best practices.
- Report damages or quality issues and escalate to the quality or supply-chain teams for resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or order-preparation roles (preferred 1–3 years).
- Fluent French with clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle fragile, high-value merchandise with meticulous care.
- Physical ability to lift and move shipments regularly and to work on feet for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certifications as required.
