Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support on labour law queries across both individual and collective employment law domains
- Prepare dossiers for works council submissions and ensure communication and application of collective agreements and social compliance standards
- Disseminate best practices and corporate employment law compliance recommendations
- Prepare and supervise contentious files in coordination with external legal counsel and company advisors
- Conduct legal and social compliance monitoring; communicate key developments internally and produce social law updates
Qualifications
- Law student enrolled in or completing PPI (Practical Professional Training) program
- Prior experience in employment law (in-house or law firm practice preferred)
- Strong grasp of both individual and collective labour law
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges

Prior internship or practical experience in employment law, preferably in either a corporate legal department or law firm specializing in labour matters.
Education
Law degree candidate; must be enrolled in or eligible for PPI (Practical Professional Training) programme.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,500 per month.
