Role & Responsibilities
- Support validation of sales promotions, events, and advertising operations for regulatory compliance
- Provide legal consultation to operational teams on consumer law, distribution law, intellectual property, personal data protection, and social media regulations
- Draft and review contracts within the division's scope of practice
- Monitor legal developments and trends relevant to the Legal Department's activities
- Prepare synthesis notes and legal summaries for operational stakeholders
- Participate in compliance oversight, including management of freelance contractors and personal data handling
- Contribute to the Legal Department's digital transformation through content creation for internal platforms
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an advanced law program specializing in intellectual property and technology law, or registered as a trainee barrister
- Strong client-oriented mindset and ability to build trusted relationships
- Demonstrated adaptability and capacity to tackle emerging challenges
- Prior experience in legal practice is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Coursework or specialized study in intellectual property law and technology law; prior legal internship or practice experience is a plus.
Education
Baccalauréat +4 minimum (advanced law studies); Baccalauréat +5 preferred (Master's degree in law or trainee barrister status).
