Leading luxury fashion brand in Paris seeks a Junior Sales Manager (Alternance) to support store performance, clienteling and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach and mentor sales advisors to elevate clientelling, conversion and average transaction values.
- Deliver exceptional client service through personalised clienteling, follow-up and relationship building.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the brand standard is consistently maintained.
- Participate in stock management, deliveries, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures.

Experience
Some prior retail sales experience is preferred — internships or part-time work in a boutique environment are acceptable. Experience supervising peers or leading small teams is an asset but not mandatory.

Enrolment in or recent completion of a post-secondary program in Sales, Retail Management, Business, or Fashion (BTS, Licence/Bachelor or equivalent).
