Role & Responsibilities
- Support the asset management team in monitoring and optimising a portfolio of high-end real estate assets, including hotels, boutiques and owned properties.
- Prepare financial analyses and valuation workstreams: cash-flow modelling, NPV/IRR calculations and sensitivity analyses.
- Assist in lease and tenant file review, rent roll analysis, and operational budget monitoring (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Contribute to preparation of investment memoranda, board pack materials and periodic portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with property managers, external advisors and legal teams to follow up on due diligence, refurbishment projects and lease negotiations.
- Perform market research and benchmarking to support positioning and value-enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related discipline compatible with an alternance (work-study) contract.
- Strong numerical aptitude demonstrated through coursework or prior internships; capacity to construct and audit financial models.
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment; discretion and attention to detail.
- Right to work in France and availability for the alternance schedule required by the academic programme.

Suitable for a candidate at the start of their career: current enrolment in an academic programme with limited professional experience. Previous internships or academic projects in real estate, property management, corporate finance or investment are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field compatible with a French alternance/work-study contract.
