Galeries Lafayette is seeking a Jewelry Supply Planning Assistant intern in Paris for a six-month placement starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and analyze key performance indicators and distribute weekly and monthly activity and stock reports.
  • Participate in supplier buying sessions by providing collection reviews and contributing to the preparation of purchasing budgets.
  • Identify best-selling products and quantify replenishment needs for stores and brands within purchasing budgets.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial operations and promotional campaigns, and prepare product listings by setting markdown rates for events such as Black Friday, sales and 3J.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving returns, transfers, stock clearance and the implementation of centralized operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university at Bac +4 or Bac +5 level.
  • Good command of Excel and an interest in analyzing numerical data.
  • Demonstrates rigor and curiosity in assigned work.
  • Works cooperatively with the rest of the team and enjoys cross-functional projects.
