Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the investment team in financial analysis, valuation and modelling for strategic and treasury-related investments.
  • Integrate ESG criteria into investment due diligence and ongoing portfolio monitoring, contributing to risk assessment and sustainability scoring.
  • Prepare management reports, presentation decks and investment memoranda for internal stakeholders and governance committees.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse sustainability data to feed into CSR reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Conduct market research and sector benchmarking to inform investment decisions and identify emerging sustainability trends.
  • Coordinate with internal functions (legal, procurement, sustainability, finance) and external advisors during transaction and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the refinement of investment processes, ESG methodologies and documentation to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Finance, Corporate Finance, Sustainable Finance, ESG, Economics or a closely related discipline (alternance/work‑study eligible).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in financial modelling and valuation (internships or academic projects).
  • Good understanding of ESG concepts and frameworks, with a demonstrable interest in sustainability integration within corporate finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce concise reports and senior‑level presentations.
  • High level of autonomy, intellectual curiosity and aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration in a matrix organisation.
