Role & Responsibilities

• Support the investment team in financial analysis and valuation models to evaluate project and portfolio opportunities.
• Contribute to the integration of ESG criteria into investment decision‑making and portfolio monitoring processes.
• Collect, validate and analyse quantitative ESG and financial data to produce KPIs and management dashboards.
• Prepare clear, executive‑grade presentations and investment memoranda for internal committees and stakeholders.
• Research market trends, regulatory developments and best practices in sustainable finance and corporate responsibility.
• Assist with reporting obligations (internal and external) related to RSE/ESG and support audit or due‑diligence requests.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (sustainability, legal, finance, operations) to ensure alignment of investment and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Economics, Sustainable Finance, Business or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
• Strong quantitative aptitude with demonstrated experience in financial modelling and Excel analysis.
• Solid understanding of ESG concepts and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) or demonstrable interest to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex analysis into concise recommendations.
• Curiosity, intellectual rigour and the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Experience

Early‑career: internships or project experience (6–18 months) in investment analysis, corporate finance, sustainability consulting or related fields is advantageous; this is a learning position designed for a student on an alternance/apprenticeship programme.

Education

Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Finance, Economics, Sustainable Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship track).
