Galeries Lafayette seeks an Indirect Procurement Intern to support the Facilities and Construction Buying team within the group's Indirect Procurement department. The intern will assist in market analysis, sourcing strategy, request for proposal preparation, negotiation coordination, savings simulation, and contract lifecycle management. This role offers exposure to diverse procurement categories including Marketing, IT & Digital, Facilities, and Construction services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with market sourcing analysis and category needs assessment
- Prepare and coordinate requests for proposal and tenders
- Support negotiation preparation and execution
- Conduct savings performance simulations and analysis
- Monitor contract execution and ongoing contract management
- Execute independent tenders for recurring projects, goods, and services as competency develops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level business school program (Bac +4 or +5) with procurement specialization
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with result-oriented mindset
