HR Manager at Galeries Lafayette Nice Massena — Oversee talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy for a luxury retail flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy store-level HR strategy and company policies aligned with group directives
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, skills development, individual evaluations, and compensation administration
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to store management and operational managers
- Cultivate and maintain a positive social climate across the store environment
- Administer and oversee disciplinary and contentious procedures
- Supervise personnel administration and record-keeping
