Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the annual appraisal campaign by assisting with new interview frameworks, training tools, and manager competency development
  • Support the overhaul of e-learning modules for demonstration personnel
  • Monitor implementation of the GEPP workforce planning agreement across the network
  • Prepare documentation for restructuring plan follow-up commissions and establishment works council meetings
  • Respond to employee requests and draft corresponding correspondence
  • Update and modernize existing HR and administrative procedures

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
