Confidential luxury fashion house — Paris: Human Resources Intern (6-month) starting July. Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle: screen CVs, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and maintain applicant records.
- Assist with onboarding administration: prepare welcome documentation, update personnel files and coordinate induction schedules.
- Perform HR administrative tasks including contract preparation, maintenance of HR databases and routine data entry.
- Contribute to employee relations and internal communications, including coordination of training sessions and staff events.
- Produce regular HR reports and basic analytics to track recruitment, turnover and onboarding metrics.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labour regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
- Demonstrable discretion handling confidential information and working within HR processes.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a service-oriented approach.

Experience
Previous internship or administrative experience in HR, recruitment or office administration is advantageous; candidates may be recent graduates or currently enrolled in higher education seeking a 6-month placement.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
