Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities: prepare job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, welcome materials and induction logistics for new hires at the head office.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Contribute to payroll and benefits administration by gathering documentation, liaising with external payroll providers and resolving routine queries.
  • Coordinate training and development logistics: schedule sessions, manage participant lists and support post-training follow-up.
  • Produce basic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) to support People team decision-making.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects such as employer branding, internal communications and process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with applicable labour law and data-protection requirements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship experience in an HR team or people operations environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
  • High level of discretion and professional handling of confidential employee information.
  • Fluency in French and strong professional command of English.

Experience
