Galeries Lafayette seeks an HR Specialist in Paris to manage recruitment, personnel administration, and HR projects across retail store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment workflows by gathering and analyzing hiring needs from store managers, drafting and publishing job postings, conducting interviews, and supporting managers throughout the selection process
  • Administer the complete personnel lifecycle including employee entries, exits, contract management, contract amendments, and data maintenance in the HRIS system
  • Conduct HR onboarding for new employees, ensuring both administrative and HR integration support
  • Provide HR reception services and personnel file management and follow-up
  • Coordinate with the payroll department on the transmission of contractual documentation and employee data updates
  • Deploy HR recruitment and integration toolkits and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects including candidate experience enhancement, onboarding optimization, and HR communications
  • Conduct exit interviews and produce associated reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven professional experience in HR with demonstrated expertise in recruitment and/or personnel administration
  • Experience in retail, large-scale distribution, hospitality, or consulting environments is highly valued
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR software
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 36,000 per annum.
