HR Recruitment and Development Specialist at Groupe Galeries Lafayette, Paris. Lead recruitment and HR initiatives for 600 employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Louis Pion and Luxury networks, including profile definition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview conduct
- Coach managers on professional recruitment best practices and support their hiring strategies
- Establish and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple retail and corporate locations
- Produce weekly recruitment reporting and monitor HR KPIs
- Administer recruitment budgets and implement optimization tools
- Oversee employee onboarding and integration pathways
- Author, format, and disseminate internal communications and company updates
- Coordinate, produce, and distribute monthly internal newsletter
- Develop and deploy HR content on social media platforms, highlighting employee success stories and internal mobility achievements
- Strengthen employer brand in collaboration with Groupe Galeries Lafayette
- Drive continuous improvement of candidate experience and onboarding processes
- Contribute to talent management initiatives and HR process optimization
- Organize and coordinate internal corporate events
- Support HR Manager in disciplinary case management and organizational project implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a business school or university (Bac +4 minimum, Bac +5 preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within retail or luxury environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Experience with recruitment processes and HR systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
