HR Intern position at Groupe Galeries Lafayette in Paris, supporting recruitment, training, and HR initiatives within the luxury watches and jewelry division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track training registrations and follow up with store directors to ensure course participation
- Coordinate training session logistics including room reservations and materials preparation
- Draft and post job advertisements across multiple job boards
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and in-person candidate assessments
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates to operational managers
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking dashboards and metrics
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new employee integration
- Manage apprenticeship documentation, training agreements, and partnership coordination with training organizations and professional transition services
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as disability inclusion policy, employer branding initiatives, internal communication, and systems implementation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (Bac+4 or Bac+5) with specialization in Human Resources
- Demonstrated prior experience in HR through internship or apprenticeship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Strong listening skills and responsiveness to employee and organizational needs
- Initiative-taking mindset with a problem-solving orientation
- Polyvalent, curious, reactive, and well-organized approach to diverse tasks
