HR Development Intern at Groupe Galeries Lafayette in Paris. Support talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives. Internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in defining campus recruitment needs (internships and apprenticeships), conduct brief intake sessions, and analyze missions within organizational and employment market context
  • Develop and execute targeted candidate recruitment strategies, identify appropriate sourcing channels, and draft and post job announcements on job boards
  • Conduct recruitment interviews independently, document findings, and prepare evaluation reports to inform management decision-making and activity reporting
  • Contribute to the conception and deployment of employer brand strategy across social media and digital platforms, promoting organizational culture and company initiatives
  • Animate editorial committee meetings with communications partners, propose and develop differentiated original content, and maintain weekly digital and competitive surveillance
  • Support ongoing HR projects including change management initiatives, internal mobility programmes, employee advocacy schemes, HR process harmonization, skills framework activation, and campus programme enhancements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor +4 or +5 programme (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in an associative or professional environment within a stimulating ecosystem
  • Agility in learning and ability to accept and overcome new challenges
  • Action-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for new opportunities and challenges
