HR Assistant position at Galeries Lafayette Bordeaux, specializing in recruitment and HR support with career growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment operations for both permanent (CDI) and fixed-term (CDD) positions, with responsibility for approximately 60–80 placements annually
- Administer interim staffing requirements and supplier relationships
- Participate in the design and implementation of competency development plans
- Support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
- Execute HR administrative tasks in coordination with the wider HR team
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and tools
