Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR administration: maintain personnel files, prepare employment documents and assist with record-keeping.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics: publish job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist onboarding and offboarding processes: prepare welcome kits, organise induction schedules and ensure completion of administrative formalities.
  • Update and reconcile HRIS and Excel spreadsheets with employee data and absences, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying required documents and time records.
  • Help prepare internal communications, HR reports and presentations for the People team.
  • Support learning & development logistics: book training sessions, manage attendance and follow up on training materials.
  • Act as a discreet point of contact for routine employee queries and escalate complex matters to HR managers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous approach to confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional manner when interacting with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable with data entry and basic reporting.
