Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with end-to-end recruitment processes: posting ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and candidate communication.
  • Prepare and manage employment documents and personnel files, including drafting standard contracts, amendments and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS / personnel database with hires, departures, contract changes, and leave records.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding: scheduling induction, preparing welcome packs and liaising with managers and IT for equipment/access.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation by collecting timesheets, absences and variable pay elements and liaising with payroll provider.
  • Monitor statutory deadlines and assist with social declaration preparation and other routine compliance tasks under French labour law.
  • Produce routine HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absence) to support HR Business Partners and management.
  • Contribute to training logistics and employee communications, and provide first-line HR support to employees with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an HR, business administration or related degree program on an alternance/apprenticeship pathway.
  • Good knowledge of French labour law fundamentals and payroll-related administrative processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; able to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Autonomy and proactivity, with a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced luxury environment.
