Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the checkout / cashier zone, ensuring a flawless and efficient point-of-sale experience for clients.
- Manage, train and coach cashier staff on company standards, sales techniques, loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
- Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of tills, timely deposit preparation and compliance with cash-control policies.
- Coordinate staffing, shift patterns and workflow to match store traffic and maximise service levels during peak periods.
