Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellence in physical and telephone reception to French and international clientele, embodying discretion, attentiveness, and brand storytelling expertise
- Manage client flow and meticulously maintain appointment scheduling to ensure seamless boutique operations
- Ensure premium in-boutique service delivery by carefully seating and attending to all client requests
- Collaborate closely with sales advisors in a pre-commercial capacity, providing product presentation support
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and presentation standards, including adherence to flagship security protocols
- Contribute actively to boutique aesthetics and merchandising arrangements
