Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the counter and remain available to address inquiries about products, store services, events, and procedures
- Execute the complete sales cycle, from product consultation and value proposition to transaction completion and cash collection
- Build and maintain privileged customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat patronage
- Receive merchandise deliveries while maintaining cold chain integrity, verifying documentation, and assessing product quality
- Organize products in the refrigerated display with meticulous attention to rotation protocols and shelf life management
- Verify product readiness for sale through labeling, pricing, and proper categorization
- Ensure ongoing counter replenishment and visual presentation throughout the trading day
- Monitor and record food safety parameters including expiration dates and temperature compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, equipment, and floor areas in accordance with food service standards
