Leading luxury fashion house in Paris seeks an Event Project Assistant (Intern) to support planning and execution of brand events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Event Project Manager in the end-to-end planning and execution of brand events, product launches and client activations.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, production teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring timelines, deliverables and technical specifications are met.
- Prepare event documentation, briefs, schedules, floor plans and run sheets; assist with site visits and supplier quotations.
- Monitor budgets and purchase orders, update expense trackers and compile post-event reconciliation reports.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, including vendor liaison, guest management and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and debriefs, including lessons learned and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and the capacity to represent a luxury brand in client-facing situations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
- Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise across internal teams and external suppliers.

Experience
Prior internships or practical experience in events, hospitality, marketing or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate relevant coursework, project work or extracurricular event experience.
Education
