Leading luxury fashion house — Paris: Digital Operations Project Manager internship (stage) supporting e‑commerce and digital operations projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of digital operations projects across e‑commerce and omnichannel initiatives, from requirement gathering to rollout.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product, IT, logistics, retail, marketing) to ensure milestones, dependencies and deliverables are tracked and communicated.
- Map and optimise operational processes related to order flow, product onboarding, content syndication and post‑sales operations.
- Collect, analyse and visualise operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose pragmatic improvements.
- Write clear functional specifications, test cases and acceptance criteria; assist with UAT and post‑implementation validation.
- Manage project documentation and use project tools to maintain timelines, risk logs and action trackers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Digital, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to structure problems and produce concise written deliverables (specifications, process maps, reports).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a cross‑functional environment.
- Analytical mindset with comfort manipulating data in spreadsheets and producing actionable insights.
- Legal right to undertake an internship in the country of work (internship convention or equivalent).
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience or academic projects in digital operations, e‑commerce, IT project coordination or process improvement is strongly preferred. Demonstrable exposure to cross‑functional project work and basic data analysis is expected.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Digital/E‑commerce, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
