Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in e-commerce platform evolution projects and digital initiatives
- Conduct benchmarks on digital customer journeys and post-purchase experiences
- Facilitate and lead scoping workshops with IT teams, business units (logistics, customer service, marketing), and store operations
- Track deliverables and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, maintaining timelines, meeting notes, roadmaps, and action item tracking
- Analyze customer experience metrics and pain points to identify friction in customer journeys and contribute to updates of post-purchase monitoring tools
- Serve as a transverse coordinator between digital, IT, logistics, finance, customer service teams, and external service providers to propose customer journey and internal process optimizations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bac +3/4 or equivalent (business school or similar institution)
- Specialization in digital, e-commerce, project management, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to learn agilely and embrace new challenges
- Strong collaborative mindset with natural inclination toward team-based project work
- Preferred: prior experience in digital environments and appetite for project management and customer-centric operational initiatives
