Role & Responsibilities
- Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team through structured coaching and operational presence on the sales floor, in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Develop and execute commercial action plans aligned with budgetary objectives; communicate strategy to the team and monitor achievement of individual and collective sales targets
- Establish and maintain exceptional customer experience standards, prioritizing client loyalty and satisfaction within a specialized luxury retail setting
- Oversee all administrative operations including staffing compliance, stock control, customer service protocols, security procedures, and incident resolution
- Ensure adherence to group and brand policies, social regulations, and operational directives across all store functions
- Serve as subject-matter expert on watches and fine jewelry, translating product knowledge and passion into compelling client engagement
