Role & Responsibilities

- Contribute to continuous improvement of service procedures and knowledge bases; participate in product and service training sessions.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion and the luxury brand’s presentation standards in all client communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised tertiary programme suitable for an alternance (BTS, DUT, Licence/Bachelor or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented, client‑first mindset appropriate for a luxury clientele.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to fulfil a full‑time work‑study schedule as required by an alternance contract.
- Discretion, professional demeanour and strong written communication skills.

Experience
Suitable for candidates beginning their professional career; prior exposure to customer‑facing roles or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Internship or short‑term customer service experience will be considered a plus.
Education
Enrolment in a tertiary-level programme (BTS/DUT/License/Bachelor or equivalent) compatible with an alternance/work‑study arrangement.
