Galeries Lafayette seeks Customer Service Employee (F/H) in Nice for full-time permanent role delivering luxury retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and accompany customers throughout their shopping experience
- Process payments, refunds, and financial transactions at point-of-sale
- Promote in-store services and enroll customers in loyalty and payment card programs
- Implement customer service protocols and resolve client disputes
- Manage tax-free shopping (détaxe) requests and documentation
- Oversee Click & Collect orders and coordinate fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized, solution-oriented service
Qualifications
- Customer-focused orientation and service mindset
- Fluent in English and proficiency in additional foreign languages highly valued
- Excellent verbal communication skills
