Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers throughout their in-store experience
- Process transactions, refunds, and payment methods accurately
- Promote in-store services and assist customers in account setup and documentation
- Present and enroll customers in loyalty programs, and create corresponding cards (loyalty, gift, payment)
- Implement customer service procedures and resolve disputes professionally
- Administer tax-free (détaxe) services for eligible customers
- Manage click-and-collect operations and coordinate order fulfillment
- Maintain composure and deliver exceptional service across all customer interactions
