Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and orient customers with a differentiated, engaging experience that reflects the brand's commitment to service excellence
- Promote all in-store services and offerings, including tax refunds, loyalty programs, tailoring services, gift cards, and Click & Collect options, tailoring recommendations to individual customer needs
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and flexibility, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through loyalty and payment card subscription processes, ensuring clear communication and successful enrollment
