Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of CRM projects: campaign planning, build, testing, execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Prepare audience segmentation and target lists in collaboration with the data team; implement segmentation rules and suppression logic.
- Operate CRM platforms to configure campaigns, journeys and automated flows; execute A/B tests and quality-assurance checks.
- Produce campaign performance reports and insight summaries for marketing stakeholders, highlighting ROI drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e-commerce, retail, creative, legal) and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- Contribute to data hygiene initiatives and compliance with consent management and GDPR requirements.
- Document processes, test plans and run-books to operationalize recurring campaigns and automation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in marketing, business, communication or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest in luxury retail, client lifecycle marketing and CRM best practices.
