Role & Responsibilities
- Support field deployment and change management by facilitating tool adoption across business units
- Design training materials and animate networks of key users to ensure system appropriation
- Conduct data quality analyses, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide operational teams in accurate data entry
- Measure solution utilization, evaluate operational gains, and centralize field feedback for system enhancements
- Contribute to scoping and implementation of successive platform waves, including design, testing, and user guidance for future phases
