Galeries Lafayette CRM Marketing internship in Paris: develop omnichannel campaigns, manage customer targeting, and analyze performance for France's leading luxury retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) from concept through deployment
- Liaise with internal creative studio to design and conceptualize email and direct mail communications
- Create and manage customer targeting workflows and personalize campaign content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including email KPIs and operational reporting
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to identify CRM best practices and propose new communication approaches
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program at bac +4/5 level
- Strong action orientation with demonstrated enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities
- Ability to adapt approach and behaviour across varying situations
- Prior experience in operational marketing preferred
- Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Salesforce (beneficial)
