Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to exacting recipes and presentation standards for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner services.
- Manage mise en place and station organization to ensure smooth, timely service during peak periods.
- Ensure consistent quality, portion control and plating in line with the kitchen’s style and brand standards.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene, food-safety and HACCP-compliant practices in all food preparation areas.
- Receive, inspect and store deliveries; rotate stock and support inventory control to minimise waste.
- Collaborate with brigade colleagues and sous/exec chefs to refine techniques, develop specials and support service flow.
Qualifications
- Professional culinary qualification or vocational diploma (e.g., CAP/BEP or equivalent) preferred.
- Current food-safety certification (HACCP or national equivalent) or willingness to obtain.
- Fluency in French to communicate effectively in a kitchen environment.
- Strong team orientation, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Education
