Role & Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and adjust assortment projections in collaboration with buyers and merchandise managers, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with commercial strategy
  • Integrate and configure product data within the ERP system, including attribute creation and order entry across multiple product categories
  • Maintain and update the master product database throughout the product lifecycle, managing seasonal transitions, price updates, and promotional amendments
  • Monitor and manage the purchase order pipeline to ensure timely delivery performance and proactively alert the buying team to delays or supply disruptions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse, finance, and vendor teams, resolving logistics exceptions and receipt discrepancies with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Address complex billing disputes and invoice reconciliation issues, coordinating between accounting and suppliers to resolve price variances and credit notes

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat+2 qualification (BTS SAM, MCO, Management Assistant, or equivalent)
