Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth across France, including new-client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identify, qualify and convert wholesale, retail and key corporate opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Manage and develop key accounts to maximise lifetime value, including periodic business reviews, assortment planning and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain and retail teams to translate brand strategy into sell-in and sell-through initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track KPIs and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and client meetings; travel nationally to cultivate relationships with partners and retailers.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in commercial development or sales management, preferably within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage national accounts and to win and grow business across a wide geographic territory.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, pricing and contract management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the capacity to influence at senior client and partner levels.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France and to engage directly with retail and wholesale partners.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive commercial or sales experience, including responsibility for national territories and P&L influence; prior exposure to the luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent; advanced degree or specialised training in luxury management is advantageous.
