Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, providing comprehensive information on departmental services, commercial offerings, and store events
- Propose and sell ancillary services including gift cards, loyalty programmes, financing options, delivery, and shipping solutions
- Manage concierge desk operations encompassing point-of-sale transactions, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, deliveries, and international shipping
- Address and resolve client complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure exemplary hospitality and catering services within VIP lounges
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language at conversational level (third language preferred)
- Proven client-centric mindset and ability to develop trusted relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated adaptability across diverse client profiles
