Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory service to high-value and prospective clients to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment scheduling, private viewings and post-sale care using the boutique CRM.
- Maintain impeccable product knowledge across seasonal collections, materials and craftsmanship to provide authoritative styling advice.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns accurately; assist with stock management, inventory counts and receiving.
- Support boutique operations: prepare client dossiers, coordinate with logistics/alterations and escalate customer issues to management when required.
- Contribute to team meetings, trainings and local marketing initiatives to drive store performance and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and strong working knowledge of English; additional language skills advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal presence with polished grooming and professional demeanor appropriate for luxury retail.
- Proven ability to deliver a high level of client service, discretion and confidentiality.
- Numerical accuracy for transaction handling and basic reporting.
- Legal authorization to work in France (if applicable).

Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; 1–3 years preferred in luxury retail or premium boutiques with demonstrable sales results and client development history.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or fashion is advantageous.
