Confidential luxury brand in Paris seeks a Sales Advisor (fixed-term) to deliver exceptional client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across the boutique floor to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and disciplined upselling.
  • Maintain immaculate merchandise presentation and adherence to brand visual standards.
  • Manage transactions, returns and cash handling accurately using the point-of-sale system; ensure daily till reconciliation.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment and receiving; assist with store merchandising and window displays.
  • Contribute to in-store events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives; record client preferences in CRM when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, ideally 1–2 years in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.

  • High standards of personal presentation and attention to visual detail.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to support boutique trading hours.
