Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Click & Collect transactions: receive online orders, prepare goods for pickup, verify customer identity and complete handovers with discretion and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face service during peak weekend hours, anticipating client needs and offering product advice consistent with the maison’s brand codes.
- Operate the POS and order management tools to process payments, refunds and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate with e‑commerce and store teams to reconcile inventory, update order statuses and resolve stock or fulfilment discrepancies.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards for Click & Collect items, ensuring product condition and packaging meet luxury expectations.
- Record and escalate customer feedback, complaints and service issues to the store manager and e‑commerce colleagues to improve the omnichannel experience.
- Meet defined KPIs for client satisfaction, order turnaround and conversion while adhering to loss‑prevention and cash‑handling procedures.

Qualifications
