Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on dairy and cheese products, offering expert recommendations based on product knowledge and taste preferences
- Drive sales by highlighting product specialties, seasonal offerings, and promotions to maximize transaction value
- Execute efficient point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain counter presentation through strategic product placement, stock rotation, and continuous merchandising of fresh items
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols
- Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive, personalized service and follow-up engagement
- Manage stock levels and coordinate product replenishment to maintain optimal inventory availability
