Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to all customers at checkout
- Deliver accurate and efficient payment processing across all transaction types
- Proactively communicate product information and store services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Promote and facilitate proper usage of the Galeries Lafayette loyalty program, including card enrollment, rewards, and gift options
- Execute exchanges and refunds in strict accordance with company policy while prioritizing customer retention and satisfaction
