Checkout Associate position with Groupe Galeries Lafayette in Annecy. Part-time fixed-term holiday contract, Monday–Wednesday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and distinctive customer welcome at point of sale
- Communicate product and service information spontaneously and confidently
- Process payments with speed and precision to ensure seamless transactions
- Promote and facilitate proper use of the loyalty programme, including rewards, payment options, and gift features
- Manage exchanges and refunds according to company policy while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Represent the Galeries Lafayette brand values with passion and integrity throughout all customer interactions
