Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns, exchanges and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash drawer operations, including cash handling, card transactions, receipts and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Provide polished, client-focused service that reflects the maison's standards: greet clients, facilitate purchases and respond to product inquiries.
- Support clienteling efforts by capturing contact information, logging client preferences and coordinating follow-up as directed by store management.
- Ensure sales floor and checkout area are immaculate and merchandised according to brand guidelines; assist with stock replenishment and visual presentation when required.
- Adhere to store policies and loss-prevention procedures, escalate discrepancies and report incidents to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team during peak periods, assist with opening/closing duties and contribute to a smooth customer journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational training in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- At least one year of retail or cashier experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Fluent spoken French and good command of English to serve an international clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a discrete, service-oriented demeanour.
- High numeracy, integrity in cash handling and reliability with scheduling and attendance.

Education
